First interview was over the phone with very easy questions and a description of the job. At the end of call, interviewer asked me to come for the one-to-one interview after a few days. On the interview day, there were two people in the room and the interview was quite easy. As usual with other interviews they each had a piece of paper with written questions. But there was something odd i noticed. Usually when they ask you the written questions then they also write your responses on the paper, but this time the interviewer just read the questions and never wrote a single word. Overall I answered all the questions pretty well. They made me feel that I am quite a good fit for the job as I was already working at the airport and knew how the operations work. After the interview they said they will let me know the next week. I was excited and quite sure that I would get the job as this is how they made me feel at the end of my interview. Almost two weeks passed and I did not hear back from them. I called the interviewer and asked if they had made a decision yet, he said they already hired someone else. I am quite sure that they had somebody else in their mind even before putting the job add and this interview was just a formality. They even did not reply with an outcome which is very unprofessional. Hence my experience was very bad, not because I did not get the job but because they were not honest and unprofessional.
