Fairly Easy. First I had a phone interview, this was pre-covid, now they may do a virtual interview. Then I was invited to come in for an interview with the hiring manager, their boss and my HR Contact. I was asked detailed question regarding reconciliations, prioritizing, and why I was leaving prior position. Made me feel very comfortable during the interview.
