Applied online and was fairly quickly emailed by their recruiter who wanted to set up a 30-minute screening phone call. When we spoke, the recruiter told me about the position, what they were looking for, the process, and asked for some clarification about my skill set. She was very personable and warm, and told me each step of the process. She let me know within a week's time what my status was regarding the candidacy for the position.
