Relatively short, with the interviewer doing more of the talking than I did. The interviewer clearly had a point of view regarding the reform agenda he wanted to push, so I was more in listening mode throughout much of the process.

The entire process took Too long - took over 6 months for them to complete all the interviews and come back to me with offer and even then they were not coordinated

Amable, informativa, muy dispuesta y abierta a dudas. Preguntas adicionales a las típicas de tu perfil. Por ejemplo en Que área del puesto podría requerir apoyo adicional o fortalecimiento? Es la primera entrevista así que es más abierta y ofrecen también información del proceso interno etc.

Es la primera entrevista,’ preguntaron áreas de fortalezas, que área requeriría más apoyo, como me intereso o que sabía de la Fundacion y que creo es una área de la Fundacion que requiere más atención.
