The interview process has three steps. They do offer zoom interviews because of COVID. The first step is when they describe what you'll be doing, the positions, and opportunities in the company. The second interview is more of an in depth talk about the pay, locations, culture of the team, and the normal day-to-day schedule. The third interview is quick and is pretty much confirming information and setting up a start date. Overall, the whole interview process is set up perfectly to make sure you're informed of the job.
