Too quick, not enough information on what is expected within the company. Sounded inviting and worth while but after a little bit, you realize how much training is lacked within the company itself.

The interview process was relatively easy. The interviewers make the process very casual, so it's not so uptight. The questions are very vague and mostly about experience, what you are looking for and your availability.

The main question was "tell me about yourself". The interviewer also talked about the company and the opportunities for long-term growth.

Not too detailed. Asked about experience with kids and why I wanted to work with them. Also asked about my ability to work in an individualized environment. Then explained what ABA was.
