David Gauntlett's 4+-hour "interviewing process" is a joke. You'll be required to take spelling and grammar tests and do two timed practice assignments/memos. At least one of my assignments is based on a case David argued and lost, and your job is to explain why the judge got the decision wrong. (Very petty, but consistent with his personality.) Most of the interview is David explaining why he was right and trying to spoon-feed you that opinion. If you interview with him, you'll probably notice he is somewhat rude, dismissive, and doesn't recognize social cues. You might think it's just you or that he's busy that day, but that's a small glimpse into his daily behavior. The more he gets used to you, the worse it gets.
