The interview seems more like a daily conversation but the interviewer will ask you questions based on your resume. If you're in an organization/club, the interviewer will definitely ask you about it. Other questions are mostly behavioral-type questions.

The interviewer has some small talks about knowing each other, by asking when had I been to outside of US. It started first by introducing the company and talk about the staffs, and then ask so behavioral and situational questions. Lastly, explain more about the position duties

Colloquio
All in all a friendly phone interview; I did not feel much pressure at all. Mostly behavioral questions related to the work you will need to do during the internship. A good opportunity to decide whether this internship is really for you.
