There were two rounds of interviews, 1st round was video chat with basic questions and mostly HR info being provided to you. 2nd round was in person. The in person was panel interviews. Both interviews were about an hour + long. After the 2nd round I was asked to write on paper my answer to "What is your WOW factor and why should we hire you"
