The selection was done on the basis of resume review and no interview was taken. On the joining day my manager asked basic details about me regarding my educational background, work experience and preference of work with geek.

the process was smooth and short , they screened my CV and asked about my likes , dislikes and interests and they asked which department i would like to work in and guided me to work place
