-Asked questions based upon background in electronics. If you don't know anything about Windows Laptops, or mobile devices, than you probably wont be prepared.
-Also asked multiple questions about your character. Made you describe in detail about working in a team.

Made me come in another day to meet the GM
-GM asked more questions upon the lines of stealing, cheating, and the legality of the matter. Also asked me how I would punish a thief.

They had the answers to most of their questions on the wall behind them. I didn't even realize until after answering the questions. I was to nervous to break eye-contact with the hiring manager.
But besides Best Buy generic Shenanigan questions, I think the hardest question was in the first interview. He asked, "How do you perform in a team?"

The interview process was straightforward and conversational. It started with a few questions about my background, my résumé, and what motivated me to apply for Geek Squad. Most of the interview focused on behavioral questions about teamwork, customer service, and problem-solving, with one or two light technical questions related to basic troubleshooting. Overall, it was a comfortable experience centered on getting to know me and how I handle different situations.
