You have a conversation about your background and how it relates to Geeks On Wheels and an overview of the job. You will then fill out an application form (details that would normally on an online application form) along with giving them a copy of you resume. You will take a test on general knowledge around PCs, Mobiles, and Macs, is about 20 questions (naming acronyms, explaining why Android phones are different from Windows phones, how you would go about diagnosing WIFI, etc). Kinda felt like our resumes hadn't really been read by anyone who makes the decisions.
