After applying online someone reached out to do a 30 min zoom interview where I met with the two employees of the education department. They had many questions, a lot of questions about me and my working style and diversity and inclusion. I thought the interview went well and then I never heard from them. After more than a week, I reached out via email to the person who had emailed me to set up the interview, and there was still no response. It was very disappointing and disheartening.
