Went in had 10 minute interview. Asked basic questions like why is important to have janitorial staff. Interviewer seems more nervous than I was. No eye contact looking down the entire interview process so hard to determine if I was doing well or not after the interview I was asked to go take a drug test and given 20 minute window to arrive at industrial clinic. Received a call a few days later for orientation. Given uniforms and site instructions. After that I was on my own and everything else is through my site supervisor who I only talked with on the phone for the first few months.

I was called in to interview with a woman from HR. She asked the normal interview questions. She walked out of the interview room came back letting me know that I was hired and If I wanted to begin the same day or next week.
