Gelato interview process was very streamlined and I had great conversation with interviewers over the call. They look for overall fitment I suppose and not just the technical or communication skills you have. There was initial round for IQ and personality test after which I was interviewed in technical skills, followed by back to back 3 rounds with panel team. And finally a managerial round after which I was rejected. I think this made sense because it was bi directional conversation and they also invested time over the call, no matter what the outcome was. They have their own reasons for that.
