Interviewed with Gelber in September 2021. Assessment followed by a few phone interviews. Last interviewer did not conduct a quality interview-asked very few questions and seemed quite disinterested the entire time.

Pretty standard behavioral only questions. First with HR, then with a junior trader. After that was with more senior people and then a final round in person. Final round has probability and more technical questions so is the hardest.

I got called in for a super day with 10 other candidates and interviewed with all the different types of traders, on the algorithmic and discretionary sides. Lasted the full day and ended with a dinner.

Several phone call rounds with traders. Standard behavioral questions and math/probability/coding questions. One technical round where you showcase a technical project to an algo trader. They then flew us out to Chicago for a super-day.
