The Head of HR encouraged me to request a higher salary, which could have made me less competitive compared to other candidates. Additionally, one of the managers asked an inappropriate question whether I had ever worked with a British person before. As someone from an international background, I found this assumption both irrelevant and unprofessional. Overall, the experience raised concerns about the fairness and professionalism of the recruitment process.
