Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso GenSpark (Seattle, WA) nel mese di set 2022
Colloquio
Initial interview with a recruiter to go over previous work history and experience. Though the job postings are listed as entry level or "no experience" in some cases, they absolutely expect you to have industry experience. They all basic questions about your most recent employment and about recent projects. It seems like they're transitioning into only hiring for Java based development as most of the questions I was asked involved Java. I was actually scheduled for 2 interviews. The second interviewer did not show up and when I emailed about rescheduling a time, they informed me that they did not have any positions that aligned with my skills and education. I imagine that had I not reached out, they never would've contacted me, as I sad waiting 20 minutes for an interviewer that never planned on showing up to our scheduled time.

Online tests had some basic DSA and development questions. The interview also had average DSA questions (like arrays) and development questions, such as the event loop and async.
They just ask for your qualifications and when you pass the interview they set you up in a 9 week training cohort before they contract you with a client for 18 months and you have to be ok with relocation
