My interview was supposed to be a video call with the Senior director but he kept his camera off the whole time. He was rude and used obscenities basically saying that no one knows what they are doing in the lab. He said I wouldn't be a good fit due to my "limited lab experience" which is fine. I just think his attitude could have been better. I would not want to work for someone that complains about everyone rather than finding ways to improve the work process.
