Initially, HR team was very responsive. When I did not get the role I applied for they asked me to apply for another role. To me, this was a great sign. But after another interview they indicated I wasn’t qualified for that role. So why invite me to apply? To top it off, the initially responsive HR team member ghosted me and hid behind an automated message telling me that I should keep checking their job boards for opportunities.

Instances of projects not working out as initially planned.
The interview process started positively and through multiple rounds of interviews with the recruiter, the team, the Hiring manager interviewed me twice and then I met with someone in the C suite. They asked mostly basic question. The hiring managers interviewing style was conversational. I think she liked the sound of her own voice and kept talking majority of the time. Although it took several months and it felt like a waste of time at the end, they were decisive and communicated their decision.
