I was contacted 1 month after I submitted my application online to arrange for an phone interview (which was about 30 min long). I was then notified of the results 2 weeks after the interview. The interview was directly conducted by the scientist (whom the intern will work with), and not with HR. He asked about my experiences that I have written about on my resume (ie. what did you do specifically for this role), and also whether I fulfilled the qualifications listed on the job descriptions (have you taken organic chemistry etc).

Great Interview process very smooth. The entire process took a month or so. It was a pre recorded interview with straightforward behavioral questions and then a 45 min virtual interview with the hiring manager.

The process was smooth and more like a causal conversation. The hiring manager introduced the project they are currently working on and then the relevant skillset for the job. Then they started to ask about my research and a few specific project in my resume.

Phone call with HM for 15 min. Professional questions were asked like self introduction and then the job description with detailed by the HM. Very pleasant experience since the conversation is efficient
