I had a phone interview for scientist position which went very smoothly. She recommended me to the hiring manager which took about 2 weeks before I heard. Call with hiring manager went really smoothly, asked mainly about my experiences.

I got an email by HM after applying for the role and asked me to set a time. 30 min. interview, Person that was interviewing was nice and questions were expected.
asked what I did in my graduate school and a technical question regarding drug molecule they had developed there were no other questions asked, in example behavioral or anything else of this sort
