I did not receive an interview. I applied to the position and later received an email the next day stating I had been hired. I did however here that the interview process is straight forward from other colleagues.

There are usually two rounds with different set of managers. Sometimes they will bring in a full time employee in the panel too. Usually there’s around five questions surrounding the competencies. From my experience with multiple interviews, they really want you to focus on what you did, your behavior, or thought process in achieving your results.

Name a time where you had a difficult customer. What was the results?
Not a great atmosphere when your a temporary worker. Almost all the benefits and fun perks go to full time employees. They treat you very differently if you are a temp.

What would you do in a difficult situation related to customer service
First part of the interview process is recording yourself answering some questions and scenarios. The recording lets you choose when to start. You won't be able to go back and change what you say.
