It's on campus recruiting for MBA internship. It includes two rounds, one on campus, the other in Genentech's campus. First round is a 30-minute interview, and most of the the questions are behavioral questions. Why Genentech, why biotech, why finance, a lot of whys. The second round is 4 30-minute interviews, mostly behavioral questions.
