There was an initial phone interview to go over the basics about the job, what they were looking for, and to do a brief review of my resume. They also thoroughly discussed the shifts (12 hours, 4 days on 3 days off switch) to make sure that was something I could do.
After the phone interview, went in for an hour long in-person interview at the facility. It consisted of two, thirty-minute sessions with a panels of two people, one panel from the manufacturing team and one from management.
Informal, though they may do it differently each time. I had a 3-panel interview and was immediately notified within a couple of days that they wanted to move forward. As long as you are open to learning and can get along with the interviewers, you should be ok.

The interviews were able to be conducted virtually which was convenient. The questions were standard apart from the one wildcard question that was asked each time. That was a fun addition of their interviews which always kept me on my toes.

Interviewer was rude and stand-offish, almost mocking. Felt like working there would be a very stressful environment just due to management. Explained towards the end of the interview that it could take months before being offered a job due to their hiring process.
