It was an on-campus interview with two interviewers. Pretty relaxed, interviewers were very friendly. Most of the questions were behavioral-based to see how the candidate would fit in with Genentech culture.
round 1- quick chat with future manager; round 2, presentation about research in front of several people on the team which involved a 10 minute presentation and some questions after

One interview with the manager, mostly behavioral and minimal technical questions. Be prepared with your schoolwork and what extracurricular you have related to the role. Not much stress and got the role.
