Most people start off as a contractor once they get selected. A person may or may not need to interview again to obtain a full time position. The interview process is intense as a contractor and as a full time position. 98% of the questions being asked will be behavioral questions. "Give me a situation when..." "What would you do if...." There are usually 3 interviews that could span out to 3 months. The best way to answer the questions is the STAR method.

None of the questions are difficult or unexpected if you've been in the situation before. Dealing with a difficult customer, dealing with a difficult coworker, working under intense pressure, prioritizing. If you haven't done these things, then more than likely you won't get the job.

I am someone who gets interview anxiety. This interview process made it no better. It was an interview with 3 people that wasn't even in my department. I felt that was unnecessary to have 3 people interview 1 person. They asked a lot of situational/behavioral questions like "tell me about a time when..." The vibe of the interview wasn't right. I felt as soon as they saw me, they were not going to offer me the job. The interview was supposed to be around 30 minutes but after only asking me about 4 questions, the lady cut the interview short after less than 10 minutes. I was denied the job and the denial email was so unprofessional. They didn't even have the decency to spell my name correctly. Frankly, I'm glad I didn't get the opportunity to work for this company.

Tell me about a time when you had a difficult task
The interview process was long but the people were so kind. There was an online application, a 15 min phone introduction, a 30 min phone interview and two 45 min virtual interviews with a panel of 4-5 interviewers.
