I applied to the job posting online, for a role in their PTDUO Department. From this role I found it helpful to have relevant computer science skills as well as a degree in Chemical Engineering. They do take GPA into account, but they ask you about your school experience rather than grades in your class. I found it very helpful to know how to perform logical thinking questions by breaking down hard problems into simpler problems. They do test you on your ability to think. Even on the job I see it as an extremely valuable skill to be able to breakdown problems to have a larger perspective on issues.
