Had two rounds with multiple people both times. It's a company run by and for scientists and engineers, so the process is no-nonsense but also focused on skills. There were no "gotcha" questions designed to knock you off-balance, but there will be plenty of tough questions designed to test your knowledge for the position. Standards are high so be ready to impress.

Got interviewed by a panel. Overall it was a great experience. On the panel there were a few engineers, some managers and some writers. It would have been a great fit, but unfortunately it was a contract position with the opportunity to get hired on, and I wasn't ready to leave my job for a maybe.

Lots of people in the interview room which was intimidating but they were kind and receptive. Definitely be prepared to present a project that you've created. That part isn't too hard, they are just making sure you have the ability to present.
