Was called for a phone interview by the HR Specialist. After that, I was scheduled for a phone interview with three of the hiring managers in charge of the position I was applying for. After the phone interview, was scheduled for an on-site interview a few weeks later. Upon arrival, I was escorted to the highly secure site and waited with the HR rep for almost an hour before the hiring managers arrived. They continued with interviewing me and asking questions about my experience. I did not get an on-site tour and the interview felt impersonal and almost as if they had already decided they were not going to hire me, even after flying me out there.
