Applied through a career fair at University. HR called about a month later for a phone screen. Phone interview with a manager then invited for an on-site with a panel of managers. Good experience, friendly managers. Technical questions about my projects and Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.

I got contacted through a recruiter, I had a quick interview with him. After that, I got another phone call about 3 hours later for a phone interview with my manager. During that interview, he asked my questions about each experience on my resume and I talked about my past internships and engineering challenges.
