Applied online, received a call within two weeks to schedule a video interview. The interview was mostly conversational with three interviewers -- the hiring manager, and two engineers from the team. Mostly spoke about my resume, and the kind of work I would be doing as an intern. Received an offer within two weeks of the interview.
very basic interview process, the interviewer asked mainly about my work done in school and previous work experience. Talked a lot about hobbies and shared common interests with the interviewer.

The interview with the hiring manager was scheduled on very short notice, so I didn’t have much time to prepare. The conversation focused heavily on technical questions in aerodynamics and propulsion, rather than behavioral. Overall, it was a straightforward but challenging experience, good for someone with strong fundamentals, but worth knowing that it won’t be just casual background questions.

Multiple rounds of interviews from difference scientists, covered technical skills and general personality assessment. Very nice people, they tried to make it as low stress as possible. Mine was just for an internship, so I can't speak to the difficulty of applying to an actual position
