Anyone who takes the time to attend an interview is entitled to it.” This is why feedback is so important for your hiring process and reputation, overall. Imagine if your preferred candidate doesn’t accept the job offer. If you haven’t given helpful and constructive feedback to the other candidates who were a near miss (your second or third choice), you might lose the chance to employ them, too!

Asked me about my strengths and weaknesses. Had me code a sample project which wasn't very difficult. They also gave me free lunch. I felt very welcomed and not at all intimidated.

It took a month for General Dynamics to get back to me once I submitted my resume, then I had one interview and was never called back. In the interview was a manager and two other software engineers who were extremely nice.
Short Phone call with hiring manager. They decide after one phone call if you're hired or not. Very easy interview to do. Test basic coding knowledge and was not at all very challenging
