Meet at HR, get a shipyard tour (which is cool in itself), and then get picked up at HR or take the shuttle to your interview location. Interview is typically with a group supervisor, mine was with 3 group supervisors. From my experience, it felt like they had mostly made their hiring decision based on my resume and the interview was a formality/verify personality would fit the department.

At a general hiring event, they paired me with different engineers hiring for their respective teams. The interviews were generally based on a review of my resume, and how I felt I would fit into their respective team. Your individual experience will vary based on the team you are placed to interview for, as well as whoever is interviewing you. One person asked me a bunch of brain teasers, another just generally asked about my opinions on certain tasks to gauge if I would enjoy working in their team.
