I applied online and two weeks later I went in for an interview. They do a lot of test and the interview questions were easy. They make you read a paragraph and answer questions about what you read and they have a typing and language test if bilingual. The interview was about 2 hours. actually talking to an interviewer was about 10 minutes.

Takes about a month give or take. Apply online and upload resume. Human Resources makes contact in a week or two usually by email. You check in with security and HR escorts you to a room to take simulation test calls. A background packet is mailed to you for personal references and questions about security potential. Another interview is scheduled for one on one interview. If accepted an FBI agent interview is conducted to discuss any issues in background check and if you could be compromised. I found everyone very pleasant and friendly.
