Colloquio
In December 2015 all HR professionals were notified that they would have to apply to keep their positions. All HR Generalist positions were being eliminated and only SR HR Generalist positions were posted. Online application through the internal candidate portal, followed by a 30 minute telephone interview. The online candidate portal was available for review, however a phone call from my current manager provided me with the information of not being selected for the SR HR Business Partner position.
The interview was 30 minutes long with about 10 situational questions. It was neutral in nature and a little rushed.
