The initial Interview was a phone screening in which they asked to solve a programming problem revolving around repeating strings in a given array. Optimal solution was given and they asked how else could I solve it, perhaps probing my knowledge of Data Structures. On site Interview went great. Whiteboard, followed by a tour of their software and last interview revolved around testing, which truthfully I didn't know much of. Overall, the staff there made the experience wonderful however...the person in charge of recruiting has been largely unavailable, not responding to multiple emails or phone calls. To this day, I've yet to be reimbursed for accomodations. Like someone else mentioned, they need to either be more vocal where candidates are in the overall process. Very unprofessional.
