Casual and easy. Very nice people. Still finding their footing as a company. Not a lengthy process. Wanted someone to stat immediately. Didn't provide much training thereafter. Possibly nice to a fault.

It was the second time I had applied and been interviewed. The first time the General Hotels director of operations interviewed me and then the owners of the hotel interviewed me the second time. Hotel ownership was more professional than General Hotels Corporation. General Hotels called me and made and offer and I accepted. We made all arrangements for me to start and then they took back the offer with no explanation. Wouldn't want to work for General Hotels Corporation if they would go back on their word like that! Don't trust them.
