Application Written assessment Interview Very lacklustre assessment - place tasks in priority order. The tasks were all tasks that needed sign off from the manager who was “off work for the next couple of days” and thus the task was seemingly pointless as the order made no difference. Interview quite straightforward, but no supplementary questions asked. Staff seemed disinterested. Most disappointing was their policy of giving feedback. They said they would take between 4 and 6 weeks, despite the rejection email asking for feedback on the process from candidates, telling us “it’ll only take 5 minutes”. Completely tone deaf approach. Feedback received ended up being extremely generic, with no detail whatsoever. Complete disappointment and shows a lack of respect and appreciation for candidates effort in a three stage process.
