I am currently contracted at General Mills in the same position I interviewed for. The interview process was long, but seamless. Since I already work in the office, it was easy to schedule. Something to note-- If you are contracted and you want to apply, the position goes to internal candidates first. This means they will give it to someone internal even though your skills might outset theirs. It was unfortunate that I had to go through the process when they were going to give it to someone internally.
