I had a full day at the General Mills headquarters in Minnesota. I had a 45 minute sales role-play (very conversational), and three back-to-back 45 minute interviews, with lunch and a tour in betweem.

1 of them was asking questions and 1 of them was taking notes. Felt pretty intense, they never got back to me and said I would hear back after a week. I then reached out and they responded immediately saying I did not get the job.

Applied online and then interviewed over a zoom call. Straightforward and easy. Two rounds. Some online personality questions as well. Overall a good experience. Different interview lets each round both current employees.
