First written testing then a three step interveiw process, I was un-prepared for there questions. I answered out of Supervision experience, not keeping in mind I was interveiwing for a non-leadership role

They asked questions about how you would reacted in a situation, very difficult when your not sure if your in a Leadership position or an employee position.
