Phone screen and then in-person interview. Phone Screen was short maybe 10 minutes. In-person was longer maybe 45 minutes. Lots of situational questions and questions about your aptitude for the position.

I had a phone interview first and than was asked to do a Virtual interview due to the COVID-19 situation. I feel the interview went well, but I would rather have done this in person. I interviewed with the Sales Dept. Lead, he was very easy to communicate with.
