Phone interview followed by personality and reasoning online inventories, then in person interview. Met with recruiting rep then four half hour interviews with different people (from department and HR).

Behavior based scenarios (tell us about a time when ... ) and some technical questions (use of applications for work or leisure)
Very tedious and non-transparent process. HR does not seem to have an idea on how many rounds of interview there will be and each time they will inform you it’s the final round and call you a few days later for another interview.
Offer was made and rescinded because of ‘new policy’ of panel test. Emotionally taxing.

Two in person interviews. One was behavioral, one was more case study questions. This was for an internship vs full time. For full time I believe there is a case study and a day of interviews.

Didn't seem to want to get to know me, very clinical and straight into competency questions. Felt a bit more like an interrogation and didn't make me feel like it was the sort of place I'd like to work.
