General Mills recruited at my school and I was invited to attend an informational session and first round interview in person. Recruiters were very friendly - they're trained to make you feel comfortable. Be prepared to know which location you would like to work at and answer questions about your previous work experience.

- 2 on 1 for the first interview
1 of them was asking questions and 1 of them was taking notes. Felt pretty intense, they never got back to me and said I would hear back after a week. I then reached out and they responded immediately saying I did not get the job.

Applied online and then interviewed over a zoom call. Straightforward and easy. Two rounds. Some online personality questions as well. Overall a good experience. Different interview lets each round both current employees.
