Phone screening was first (basic questions "what are your skills, weaknesses, where do you see yourself in 10 years"). A member from HR then reached out to me within 3 days and scheduled an in-person formal interview. For the in-person interview, I met with 2 different customer service managers, each for about 30 min. They asked STAR based questions, 4 for each person I interviewed with. (google STAR based interview questions, this helped me prepare for this interview)

The recruiter explained the process of the call from the beginning, starting with administrative questions, then related to the position and basic HR questions, and then answering my questions. It all went smoothly.
