I found the posting on the company website and applied. I was notified that they would like to interview me with a phone screen. It went well and they brought me in for three rounds of two person interviews. The employees were fairly diverse that interviewed me but were all from the Logistics department.

was lengthy and cookie cutter, the interviewers followed a script and checked email during interview
No eye contact and very distant. Could have been more personal and responsive, it was like it was an inconvenience
