It was a very cool process in the sense that it was very organized and had unique twists to it. Went from 11:15 to about 3:45 over zoom. The nice twist is that the company organizers worked in a lunch break for me, then later on another casual "coffee chat" with a peer to the position I applied for. Sounds simple, but it's these little details that show which companies care about the well-being of their employee and which ones just say they do.
The interviews themselves were very well done. The questions were challenging but fair. I tried my best to give specific examples from my resume-related work experiences which helped to paint a good picture for the interviewer.
Times were managed well, and the next interviewer who joined in each round made their presence know very courteously.
Only opportunity for improvement though would be to have the current interviewers have a smoother system of tagging in the next interviewer into an active zoom session.
