I applied through company website & then i asked my friend to check with HR & share their contact details so that i can directly talk to them. After calling them around 5 times they scheduled my technical interview over the phone and after that they did not reply whether i have been rejected or selected.

There was no such difficult question but i was very shocked that how can any company take technical interview over the phone..The HR person was asking me excel formulas over the phone which was very strange..
