Applied through my university. Made it through the first round through online application, resume drop, and cover letter submission. First round of interviews is a 2-on-1 interview with two employees/recruiters, with notes taken on laptops, not handwritten. This can be somewhat disconcerting, as eye contact from recruiters is reduced, and can thwart one's confidence. After this, you will be notified over whether or not they want you to return the following day for a behavioral fit test. I was not notified, and this was indicative of not receiving an offer.
